Manager - Langley, Canada - Extreme Air Park
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of employees to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer experiences
- Oversee daytoday store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team members' skills and performance
- Implement efficient time management strategies to optimize store operations
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when communicating with customers or resolving issues
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in a retail environment
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive results
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Experience in conducting interviews and hiring employees
- Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising best practices
