Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of employees to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer experiences
Oversee daytoday store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team members' skills and performance
Implement efficient time management strategies to optimize store operations
Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when communicating with customers or resolving issues

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in a retail environment
Strong leadership and motivational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive results
Solid organizational and time management skills
Experience in conducting interviews and hiring employees
Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising best practices
