As part of our Food, Beverage and Consumer Goods team, you'll help our customers connect business processes and leverage datadriven technology for better visibility, agility and responsiveness. As an ERP Application Support Specialist., you will primarily be responsible for supporting our Enterprise Resource Planning system with integration into, Warehouse Management WMS system, Order Management and Direct Store Delivery solutions. Your previous functional and technical experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems will fast track your opportunity. You will be responsible for ensuring that the client issues are defined and resolved in a timely manner and the customer is kept up to date on the status of their projects/issues. Additionally, it will be your responsibility to manage the client relationship effectively.

Requires critical thinking, troubleshooting, validation testing, writeups, and professional communication both internally and externally
Review all new support tickets, replicate the issue, and ensure the expected results are documented before assigning to a developer
Manages tasks that may go between departments or crossfunctional teams for each individual client task
Be a liaison between development staff and the customer
Manage multiple tasks concurrently

What you bring to this role

Previous ERP Support or ERP Implementation experience
Some Accounting / Financial background will be helpful
Motivated with a high level of initiative
Strong knowledge of SQL Server Management Studio, able to write complex queries, backup/restore databases, dba skillsinstall, start, stop and troubleshoot.

Net framework and development associated

Background in networking
Basic knowledge of SQL Server Management Studio, able to write simply queries and backup/restore databases
Team player with a customer service focused attitude
Must be able to define and document effective/efficient processes and possess strong project management tools
Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience required
