    Overview

    BC Ltd is serving customers with variety of authentic food in Taiwanese style. We are looking for 1 restaurant manager trainee to join our team.

    Responsibilities

    • Evaluate daily operations
    • Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
    • Plan and organize daily operations
    • Recruit staff
    • Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
    • Conduct performance reviews
    • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
    • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
    • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
    • Personal suitability: dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent written communication, reliability, ability to multitask
    • Experience and specialization; computer and technology knowledge

    Job Details

    • Salary: $36.90 per hour
    • Work hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
    • Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
