This position is remote within Canada; Ontario preferred. Travel up to 50% is required.
Sability is looking for professionals to join our team.

In this developmental position, the HCM Business Analyst/Junior Consultant is responsible for analyzing and developing client HR, workforce management (WFM) and payroll business processes, data models and requirements, documentation, validating and analyzing HR and payroll testing results, based on the project attachment.

Consulting projects include best practice reviews, request for proposals, business case development, system implementations and compliance and control framework assessments.

Responsibilities

  • Scribe and document business process review sessions and create Visio maps, RACI charts and other related documentation.
  • Analyze processes, develop process analytics/metrics, and identify best practice gaps.
  • Review legacy systems and supporting data conversions, including cleansing HR and payroll data.
  • Document business requirements, issues, and opportunities.
  • Conduct various testing cycles for system implementations.
  • Create and review documentation, user guides and job aides.

Skills/Requirements

  • Team oriented and excellent communicator.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Organized, detailed oriented, and thorough in creating high quality outputs.
  • Be highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word).
  • Have a working knowledge and general understanding of Human Resources, Workforce Management, and Payroll.
  • Have familiarity and or working experience with various HCM, HRIS and Payroll solutions (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP, UKG, Ceridian, Payworks).
  • Human Capital Management (HCM) system implementation and/or enrolled towards achieving a professional designation in HR and/or Payroll preferred.
  • Microsoft Visio experience is preferred.
