Description
Fen's Market is currently looking for a Assistant General Manager to join our team in Mactaquac, NB. As Assistant General Manager, you will assist the Store Manager with overseeing the store operations.

You'll help with hiring, supervising and working with the staff to accomplish daily tasks, paperwork, making bank deposits, and merchandising.

You will help to maintain our high standards and provide fast and friendly service to our customers.


Qualifications:


  • 12 years of supervisory experience in the cstore industry
  • Proven abilities in coaching employees, financial planning and strategy, managing profitability, communication, multitasking, compliance, marketing, decision making, process improvement, customer
  • Must have reliable transportation

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
