Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Bookkeeper based in the Greater Montreal Metropolitan Area. The Bookkeeper will handle financial recordkeeping tasks, including preparing and maintaining financial statements, processing journal entries, and managing bookkeeping activities. The role requires proficiency in accounting software and includes responsibilities such as reviewing financial transactions and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The position allows for flexibility with some remote work options available.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Financial Statements, Journal Entries, and Bookkeeping
• Invoicing and account receivables
• Proficiency in using Accounting Software to manage and maintain accurate records
• Strong foundational knowledge in Finance and familiarity with basic accounting principles
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Experience in legal or professional services industries is an asset
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred
