• Prepare great tasting food adhering to all recipes and specifications
• Work all stations in the kitchen including prep and dishwasher
• Provide fast and friendly service
• FIFO, portion control, rotation
• Receive food and supply orders
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Perform opening and closing duties
• Maintain record of daily operations as required with communication book and checklists
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures including all health and safety policies and procedures
• Be polite and courteous with guests and fellow team members
• Communicate with shift leaders and managers
• Other duties as required
