- Experience in demolition, moving large items and heavy lifting
- Because disasters can strike at any time, must be willing to work a rotating On Call schedule after hours as required.
- Desire to do physical work
- Understanding and experience using hand and power tools

The Job – Labourer
Labourers at On Side are important team members who, help rebuild and restore damaged personal and commercial property, anywhere and anytime disaster strikes. Labourers are the MVP of the restoration teams. Willing to learn, love being taught and full of ambition the Labourer knows they're going places in life and this is the first stop on the way to success
