Full time, overtime as required


Travel:
Some travel required within the GTA and surrounding areas as per business requirements


Industry Requirements:
Life Insurance License, LLQP. Continuing Education (CE credits) 30 every two years

Founded in 2001, the company is rapidly growing and is looking for an Account Representative to contribute to the company's growth by identifying and developing business opportunities and maintaining existing accounts by providing a high degree of client satisfaction.


Job Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Create and sell new business sales opportunities benefits, savings and HR in your Pocket
  • Serve as a singlepointofcontact for accounts; execute all services for client, such as marketing, implementation, training, and ongoing support
  • Develop and maintain relationships within assigned accounts; improve client utilization and product/service adoption rates
  • Collaborate with customer contacts in order to define needs and provide solutions
  • Promote and maintain the organization's brand image and identity within the marketplace
  • Provide input and assist in development of presentations and other marketing collateral
  • Understanding of experience analytics, fully insured, retention accounting, benefits pricing and ASO contracts
  • Understanding Savings marketplace marketing, investment management fees, funds, etc.
  • Understanding benefitsConnect OS and benefitsConnect Admin Portal
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations that highlight key benefits, ROI, and value the company's products/services
  • Ensure overall client satisfaction
  • Conduct and develop quarterly and annual account reviews in order to effectively manage account lifecycles
  • Analyze, assess, and document client results to ensure customer needs are being met
  • Promote awareness of new products and services to accounts

Requirements:


  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, other stakeholders
  • Ability to attend and conduct presentations
  • Able to effectively communicate key information to all audiences
  • Strong consultative skills
  • Skilled at accessing client needs, developing proposals, and delivering solutions
  • Excellent negotiation and diplomacy skills, with a high degree of tact and persuasiveness
  • Excellent speaking skills, including presentation experience to large and diverse audience
  • Ability to write clear and concise value proposition statements
  • Strong problem identification and problem solution skills
  • Ability to create and edit sales materials and presentations
  • Ability to coordinate, organize and present product demonstrations and other events
  • High level of proficiency with Windows and CRM software packages
  • Professional development and training as needed or recommended
