    Overview KUBRA is in growth mode and currently seeking a Technical Training Specialist to join our growing Skills Development team

    As a Technical Training Specialist, you will deliver extensive training on Product, Service, and leading Industry topics, ranging from basic to advanced levels.

    These training sessions are essential for empowering our employees, clients, and partners to effectively implement and utilize KUBRA Solutions.

    Your dedication to our team's goal of empowering individuals to achieve their fullest potential should inspire every engagement you have, regardless of the format.

    You'll apply effective training delivery techniques using a mix of e-learning tools and presentation styles such as instructor-led classes, interactive lectures, video tutorials, live demonstrations, and hands-on technical labs.

    This is a hybrid role for our Mississauga office.

    What you get to do every day

    Conduct in-person and virtual instructor-led training sessions to educate employees and clients on our products, services, and technology.

    Manage the scheduling of in-person and online training sessions, booking travel as required.

    Prepare all training materials prior to scheduled training sessions, and update existing material as needed.

    Supply clients with comprehensive documentation and informational resources as needed.

    Work in partnership with our Learning Development group, subject matter experts, and knowledge areas of our business (HR, Marketing, Product Management, other) to employ the latest materials into all training events.

    Identify, Capture, and Report challenges in all training events supporting the feedback loop necessary for continual improvement.

    Basic Project Management to organize events, follow-up with stakeholders, meet deadlines, and report results and KPI's.

    Continually acquire product, service, and industry knowledge in order to demonstrate the best practice uses, functions, and positioning of our solutions

    Evaluate and refine content delivery methods to enhance learning experiences and meet learner requirements.

    Effectively integrate and drive company branding, values, frameworks, and solutions into the facilitation practices and delivery method of all learning events.

    What kind of person should you be?

    Ability to design and deliver education material in a clear and understandable manner

    Comfortable, and even passionate, when speaking to crowds

    Capability to engage an audience with compelling presentations and demonstrations

    Aptitude for creating structured lesson plans and managing training schedules

    Proficiency in both verbal and written communication to articulate complex concepts effectively.

    Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a variety of professional personnel

    Excellent organization, time management and problem-solving skills

    What skills do you need?

    Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline of equivalent experience in a related role

    3-5 years of experience as a training specialist and/or instructional designer

    Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Software Trainer

    Knowledge of online teaching and learning methods

    Exposure to learning management systems (LMS)

    Demonstrated competency with Microsoft 365, Google Suite, Visio, and other PC applications

    Comfortable using educational technology such as learning management systems (LMS), eLearning tools, and virtual classroom software
