The Friendly Butcher
We are a neighbourhood butcher shop located in Toronto, Ontario specializing in
locally sourced meat from family farms in Ontario. All of our products are traditionally raised by people who care. We pride ourselves on offering quality meats and fresh food.
Responsibilities
- Cut and produce various cuts of meat
- Knowledge of common cuts of beef, pork, lamb, chicken and veal
- Ability to be creative in displaying meat products in display counters
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Job Requirements
Flexible schedule
- Works well with others and independently
Qualifications/Experience:
- Meat cutting/Butchery: 3 years (required)
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to communicate with coworkers, management and customers
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Salary:
$23.00-$25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Experience:
Meat Cutting: 3 years (preferred)
Work Location:
In person
