Swift Health is currently seeking a dedicated and tech-savvyOperations Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
This
in-person position is based at our Surrey office located at
Street Surrey.
As a prominent provider of allied health services across the lower mainland in BC, Swift Health boasts a team of skilled professionals, including occupational therapists, speech therapists, clinical counsellors, rehab assistants, and more.
We leverage technology to deliver top-notch services, building trusted relationships with our clients.Key Responsibilities:
- Work from the Surrey HQ, providing support to therapists as needed.
- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the services offered and the billing rules associated with each contract.
- Submit invoices on ICBC (HCPIR) and WorkSafeBC platforms.
- Reconcile invoice payments and follow up on any overdue payments.
- Contribute to the daytoday operations of the company, including administrative tasks, customer service, and regular communication with therapists, clients, and vendors.
- Coordinate therapist and client scheduling.
- Review reports for technical requirements.
- Manage office supplies and overall office operations.
- Ensure the clinic remains clean and wellsupplied.
- Verify and ensure that workers are paid correctly, collaborating with the finance team to address any payroll discrepancies.
- Proactively stay informed about changes in billing rules and company policies.
- Develop and maintain uptodate howto guides to ensure smooth operations, considering the evolving nature of industry regulations.
Additional Qualifications:
- Previous experience with ICBC HCPIR invoice submissions is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with an acute attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in technology; experience with custom billing and scheduling software is preferred.
- Ability to suggest updates and improvements to streamline workflows.
- Customer service focus, with an emphasis on handling inquiries from clients, therapists, and other stakeholders.
- Demonstrated problemsolving skills; ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Adaptability to changes in rules, regulations, and company procedures within the dynamic healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with contracts and rules around billing, with the ability to track changes and implement them effectively.
- Effective time management strategies, including the use of automation for repetitive tasks.
Salary:
$25.00 per hour

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- billing/booking keeping/managing invoices: 1 year (preferred)
- payroll: 1 year (preferred)
