Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development, implementation and improvement of training programs and practices.
- Design, develop and present course material through the use of audiovisual aids, classroom lectures, onthejob training and printed handouts.
- Design, develop and implement orientation training for all new Driver hires.
- Develop, maintain, updated and roll out annual Driver training programs.
- Prepare reports, as requested, formalizing assessments of individual position suitability report on progress.
- Develop and administer all legislated corporate training requirements research changes to legislation that impact training material and update accordingly.
- Maintain training records
- Support Drivers through communication and build a solid relationship so they feel comfortable asking for support. Champion a safetyfirst culture.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a similar role
- In possession of an active AZ License with 3+ years of onroad driving experience
- Superior computer abilities, with the ability to adapt to new software and make recommendations on software implementation
- Ability to work with and manage confidential information and use independent judgment
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Preferred
- Previous experience in supply chainlogistics environment
- Experience working with TMW software
- Training Certification(s) and/ or Designations
