_Mackie Moving Systems, a division of Canada Cartage_ is hiring a Customer Service/Sales Coordinator
You will be responsible for:
- Point of contact for all incoming sales inquiries
- Booking of sales surveys for salespeople
- Customer contact for customer service inquiries on booked COD moves
- Order entry/Booking of Household Goods COD local booked orders
- Point of contact for local move customer issues
- Perform premove calls to clients prior to move date
- Complete sales activity reports
- Update and maintain customer database
- Arrange visual surveys
We are looking for someone who is:
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Selfmotivated and highly organized
- Works well in a fast paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exemplary time management skills
- Above average problem solving skills
- Highly customer service focused
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable and supportive team worker
- Experience in Household Goods Moving is an asset
