Job summary
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Account Management team at Marsh as Senior Account Advisor. This role will be based in Montreal.This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to respond to client requests and inquiries across a number of channels in a prompt and professional manner and ensure timely and accurate completion and/or submission of client requests in accordance with carrier guidelines,
Analyze, counsel and recommend coverages, identify and fill coverage gaps,
Provide quotations and market proposals to explain and select coverages based on a thorough discovery and needs analysis
Proactively engage and complete annual renewal reviews,
Obtain claims information in an empathetic, accurate delicate manner
Possess growth mindset strive close new business opportunities monitor profitability going forward
