BUSINESS MANAGER in their Kentville location As a
BUSINESS MANAGER , you will be primarily responsible for presenting & acquiring the best financing options available to our customers.

Business Manager Responsibilities include:


  • Strive to create customer experiences (not transactions) by finding connections between your professional & personal experiences and sharing this excitement with customers.
  • Create an authentic delivery method of products and services (avoiding a scripted approach).
  • Build relationships and foundations directly with customers & fellow employees through increased showroom and outofoffice engagement.
  • Build a trusting and reliable relationship with our Sales Consultants with a high level of responsiveness to staff requests and customer leads.
  • Seek new lending institutions and maintain good working relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.
  • Process financing and leasing deals accurately, securing approval through financial sources, as well as through the proper federal, provincial and corporate channels.
  • Understand and comply with federal, provincial and local regulations that affect the new and used vehicle and finance departments.
  • Train and provide the Sales Team with information on finance and insurance programs as well as the benefits of the dealership's financing and extended service programs.
  • Complete all paperwork on the sale of new vehicles and submit to the appropriate bodies (Licensing, VIN registration, manufacturer warranties, etc

Business Manager Requirements

  • You are a personable and friendly individual who works effectively within a team environment but is also driven to work independently and meet company metrics
  • Superior communication skills, and the ability to explain contracts in detail
  • Experience working in sales and in customer service
  • Minimum of five years work experience financial services (advising customers loans and/or insurances)
