Sales & Operations Manager - Stonewall, Canada - GoliathTech Manitoba

Description

We are a small family run business, run out of Stonewall, MB and have the GoliathTech franchise rights for all of Manitoba, installing helical piles, as well as excavating.

• Developing and maintaining relationships with industry professions through all appropriate sales and marketing techniques, including cold calling, set visits, and in person meetings.
• Respond to internal and external customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Participating in industry events, trade shows, and industry organizations as appropriate
• Manage and evaluate equipment and resources to ensure productivity and mínimal downtime.
• Assist in the overall marketing effort whenever and wherever possible.
• All other duties as assigned.
• Some travel required.

• Three to five years' experience in construction; foundation experience will be given first priority.
• Selfdirected, results orientated and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent problem solving and decisionmaking skills.
• Willingness to work in a 'handson' capacity.
• Ability to deal effectively with a diverse group of people and provide leadership to all levels of operation.
• Strong technical skills, including MS Office suite
• Ability to read blueprints.
