- Assisting members with day-to-day banking services such as bill payments, deposits, withdrawals and much more
- Proactively identifying and responding to members' needs to empower members to achieve what matters to them
- Learning additional aspects of branch actions from opening accounts and wire transfers, to completing simple credit card applications – to help fill in any gaps on a day to day basis
- Uncover opportunities to refer members to Financial Advisors to further develop and strengthen relationships

We're looking for multiple people who are agile member-service ambassadors to come on board as our part-time Financial Service Representatives in our Regina branches Working 15-25 hours per week, they will be the first point of contact for members and will provide them with everyday banking services and products to meet their immediate needs.
