Description

We are seeking a
Service Manager who will lead our high-performance service center to ensure reliable customer service and exceed customer satisfaction.

As the Natpro Edmonton Service Manager, you will be responsible for executing company processes for effectively handling customer inquiries, disputes, and order processing.

You will accomplish these goals through staffing, training, mentoring, and developing an efficient Service Team that delivers quality solutions to customers, in accordance with company objectives and revenue goals.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Lead a high-performance service center to meet and exceed customer satisfaction
Manage Work Order process for accurate and timely data records and information
Review completed work orders and create detailed "As Found Reports" to identify root causes
Ensure adequate staffing for full customer care coverage and programs
Motivate team members to achieve departmental goals
Identify and implement technology solutions for evolving department and customer needs
Supervise service personnel, including recruitment, termination, training, evaluations, allocation, and other administrative duties
Be an active participant in the Company Safety Program
Ensure workers are adequately trained, knowledgeable, and effectively supervised
Regularly communicate with employees regarding occupational health and safety

Required Qualifications

3 years experience in a repair service center and 3 years in management
Ability to supervise and prioritize work assignments
Ability to execute Root Cause Failure Analysis and Corrective Actions
Highly flexible with solid interpersonal skills to work effectively in a diverse environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High proficiency with ERP and Microsoft software packages
