Dilawri Group in Ontario is now actively searching for a
Service Advisor
to join the team at Frost GMC**.

Thrive in a customer service environment.

Are available to work Monday to Friday and every 3rd Saturday.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide frontline customer service and sales for the Service Department.
  • Greeting customers on the phone or in the Dealership in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Consult with customers to understand their vehicle issues and concerns.
  • Clearly communicate service recommendations and pricing to customers.
  • Provide accurate time and cost estimates for services.
  • Schedule service appointments based on customer availability and service department capacity.
  • Liaise between customers and service technicians to ensure effective communication.
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle during the service process.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service transactions.
  • Generate and explain service invoices to customers.
  • Providing an extraordinary experience for all customers.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership, preferably with a focus on General Motors vehicles.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair processes.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
  • CDK experience preferred.
  • Ability to sell required maintenance.
  • Ability to work as a part of a TEAM.
