Tetherwood Spa & Limeblu Hair studio is looking for a Front Desk Service Representative.
In this role you will greet clients, book and confirm appointments, assist clients with skin care and hair care product selections, and process invoices.
In this role you will provide admin support to the Estheticians, Stylists and Registered Massage Therapists to ensure the day runs smoothly.
Contract position February 2024- July 1 2024RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Greet clients, book appointments and process payments
- Maintain a working knowledge of all Services and Products to assist clients with product and service selections
- Inventory Management
- Payroll & Schedule input
- Maintaining cleanliness of the Spa
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in a similar industry (Spa, Hair Salon, Retail) an asset
- Excellent computer skills experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Superior written and communication skills
- Detailed Orientated
- Excellent problemsolving skills
- Enjoy working with people / Team Player

Full Time Position:
- Will be required to work Saturdays and up to 2 nights to 8:30pm
- Experience in a related field
- Compensation will be dependent on individual experience.
Job Types:
Part-time, Fixed term contract
Salary:
$16.55 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed
