Canadian Niagara Hotels is looking for a Special Projects Skilled Construction Labour to join our team

This role works with the team in the repairs, renovations and improvements to our various hotels and properties. This work will include building and/or improving a variety of components on fully-occupied buildings and new building sites.

The Special Projects Skilled Labour must have a good working knowledge of the commercial construction industry and be able to work independently and with the team to assist in all aspects of the construction projects.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years previous construction experience
Experience with demolition, wood framing, trim work.
Experience with demolition, wood framing, trim work.
Knowledge in assisting Metal stud framing, drywall and patching
Loading and Unloading construction materials
Must have good work history, ability to work in a team environment, reliable, and honest.
Ability to operate standard construction tools and equipment
Ability to operate skid steers and various lifts and asset.
Perform quality and safety checks on construction tools and equipment.
Experience leading up to 3 people on a crew and asset.
MUST have valid drivers license & driver's abstract
