Purity has a job opportunity for a Brand Administrator responsible for effectively onboarding a diverse portfolio of Purity's distributed brands/vendors.

Your high energy and drive will create a work environment focused on success and continuous process improvement.


Job Duties:

  • Responsible for the onboarding of all new vendors/new brands (i.e new listing forms etc.) and keeping vendors/brokers/Purity Life accountable for timelines
  • Responsible for reaching out to/managing prospective vendors and booking/facilitating meetings
  • Responsible for managing prospective vendors that reach out to Purity Life and booking/facilitating where necessary
  • Some travel for trade show activity may be required
  • Responsible for contract documentation and administration
  • Responsible for managing/supporting the dayto day activities of the vendors and brokers listed in our portfolio which includes but not limited to:
PLIC administration and support

New line/product listings and Vendor/Broker reports

Trade marketing activities

Support Purity catalogue listings and ad activity sell space

Support trade shows by selling booth/display space

Support Virtual Trade Shows by way of vendor participation

Coordinate trade show deal activity

  • Import / export data into database from various sources, either manually or with assistance of automated tools
  • Maintain and update client information and Purchase orders
  • Maintain data integrity and accuracy in all aspects of the onboarding process
  • Present a positive and professional image of the organization when interacting with employees, clients/customers, visitors, and other external stakeholders
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions
  • Vendor relationship coordination and management
  • Assist and backfill for Senior Manager of Business Development as required

Job Requirements:

  • Degree, diploma or certification with three years of experience in a related industry
  • Experience of using all MS Office tools
  • Ability to adapt to new technology and ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands with the ability to respond quickly in a fastpaced environment
  • High flexibility with strong interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse environment
