As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Nurturing existing customer relationships by ensuring a high service level and customer satisfaction
• Assisting customers with inquiries, purchase orders, and resolving customer requests
• Processing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery
• Troubleshooting and resolving customer inquiries quickly and diligently
• Maintaining customer records and updating account information
• Collaborating with the outside sales team and other departments
• Becoming an expert in our product offering in order to provide a tailored service to customers

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in sales or customer service and comfort in a fastpaced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude, selfstarter and a strong work ethic
• A willingness to learn and grow with our company
• Bilingual French/English oral and written
