You will be responsible for delivering legendary service to make all guests of our Co-op feel "at home here" through:

Supervising and delegating employees' workflow and duties while ensuring all staff are following safety standards as well as Legacy Co-op's policies and procedures.

Completing reviews on Team Members, onboarding, training, and providing frequent communication and coaching
Responsible for maintaining housekeeping standards within the department.
Through the work that we do, we help to build, fuel, feed and grow Western Canadian communities together.
1-year supervisory experience would be an asset
~ Believe in building relationship and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
~ Willing and able to work all shifts scheduled including days, evenings, holidays and weekends.
