Shoemaker Drywall Supplies is Western Canada's premier supplier of building materials. Our team is made up of dedicated and hardworking individuals who together create a rewarding and welcoming work environment.


Our Regina location is looking for a highly motivated customer-focused individual for the position of Inside Sales - Order Desk to work and support our operations team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers who enter the facility
  • Manage incoming phone calls, inquiries and orders
  • Provide project quotes, enter delivery/special orders and assist in purchasing
  • Meet project timelines to anticipate customer needs
  • Collaborate with Shipping to ensure delivery schedules and instructions are met
  • Work with outside sales staff to stay current with project work and specialty items
  • Learn about new building and home improvement materials to increase retail sales
  • Ensure facility is clean and stocked
  • Be an ambassador of the company with all employees and customers at all times
  • Build strong customer relationships through reliable call backs
  • Other duties as assigned by management
Skills and Qualifications

  • Customer service experience in fast paced setting required
  • Building material and home improvement product knowledge an asset
  • Effective communication skills, verbal and written English
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Previous sales experience beneficial
