As a Recruiting Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the North America Early Careers recruiting team.
This will include some of the following performance objectives:
- Support university recruiting activities at US and Canada universities including scheduling, planning, and logistics (rooms, food, materials, shipments to events)
- Post and maintain jobs with universities and other external job boards
- Update records in our applicant tracking system and event management system
- Schedule initial phone screens/video interviews as needed
- Coordinate team meeting agendas and related documentation
- Maintain and update program documents
- Manage relationships effectively with career centers and recruitment contacts at universities
- Effectively juggle multiple, competing, and changing priorities
The Requirements
- 01 years of work experience preferred in Human Resources/Recruiting support, but open to other support experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Very strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service internally and externally
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and able to multitask
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently as an expert in administrative duties
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- This is not a recruiter position, this position will adminstratively support the campus recruitment team
