The Role
As a Recruiting Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the North America Early Careers recruiting team.

This will include some of the following performance objectives:


  • Support university recruiting activities at US and Canada universities including scheduling, planning, and logistics (rooms, food, materials, shipments to events)
  • Post and maintain jobs with universities and other external job boards
  • Update records in our applicant tracking system and event management system
  • Schedule initial phone screens/video interviews as needed
  • Coordinate team meeting agendas and related documentation
  • Maintain and update program documents
  • Manage relationships effectively with career centers and recruitment contacts at universities
  • Effectively juggle multiple, competing, and changing priorities

The Requirements

  • 01 years of work experience preferred in Human Resources/Recruiting support, but open to other support experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Very strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service internally and externally
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and able to multitask
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently as an expert in administrative duties
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • This is not a recruiter position, this position will adminstratively support the campus recruitment team
