Please review below to see if this might be the right opportunity for you.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strong MRP knowledge to be able to support data validations from CMS MRP runs especially for procurement teams
- Project Management and strong ability to pull data and provide analysis
- Investigate, support, train, look for solutions, implement new tools/options
- GPS tool for Assemblies support to local planners at all sites, work with IT as necessary
- Systems training, provide work instructions to teams where necessary on CMS
- Trouble shoot EDI purchase orders for Gates and procurement teams
- Provide plant level support on monthly cycle count process, other inventory anomalies, provide support and analysis
- Work with Finance & SOX audit team to oversee Atlas Sites Cycle Count Program on the monthly progress ensuring Net Accuracy remains at 98%
- Implement Cycle Count Program's for other sites
- Monitoring Inventory Levels working with S&OP for opportunities to move material around the assembly network
- Support Inter-Plant Work share
- Work with S&OP on Inventory Planning Parameters
- Upload monthly DSX schedule from Denver demand planning team. Work with S&OP to provide updates after the upload, trouble shoot any anomalies
- Provide Operational Support around order management for all assembly plants. This could include plant specific focus' from time to time to get product out the door like running additional analysis and support on inventory availability, customer reports and information for specific plants
- Supporting Expediting of Materials from TFP and/or intercompany when necessary
- Support Commercial team by representing Operations on daily call with key customer

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Proficiency in systems including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- CMS, Oracle, WMS
- Two or more years in a similar role considered an asset
