Miller Technology Incorporated offers Sales, Parts, and Service to customers as well as in-house Manufacturing, Engineering and Research and Development departments.
Miller Technology Incorporated is an ISO-9001 Certified Company. We are looking for an ambitious and team-oriented individual to join Miller Technology Incorporated as a Production Clerk.
The role requires being hands on and will require the applicant being on their feet for most of the workday.
Applicant must possess the ability to lift and support heavy loads, as some of the parts required for vehicles are quite heavy.
Role will require the applicant to wear PPE (safety glasses, safety boots and gloves) for the majority of their workday.
Responsibilities:
- Pick and issue parts for vehicles.
- Create and update Sales Orders & Jobs.
- Prepare kits and assemblies.
- Support production warehouse and shipping departments to ensure parts availability to meet production deadlines.
- Support Production Supervisor and Management to meet production deadlines.
- Work in collaboration with all departments to cost production orders.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in manufacturing, scheduling.
- Safety focused and detail oriented.
- Experience in Automotive Service center would be considered a strong asset.
- Mechanical aptitude would be an asset.
- Demonstrated knowledge of production processes in an ERP system including inventory control.
- Strong team member who can work with mínimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.
- Good Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills.
- Experience with Made2Manage program desirable but not required.
- Ability to adapt quickly to production changes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Valid G license with the ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
- Superb organizational skills, including multitasking and timemanagement.
- Enthusiastic, willing to learn and grow professionally within organization.
- Forklift license considered an asset.

Our Company offers a competitive base salary. Full benefits are also included and commence after the probation period.
