If you share our values and would like to work with skilled professionals, Armour is presently seeking a
Maintenance Technician to join our commercial operations team.

As the Building Maintenance Technician, you'll get to:

Perform minor maintenance work and repairs around the building
Action maintenance tickets which are submitted
Perform minor electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems repairs
Coordinate with third party repair specialists based on building needs
Ensure cleanliness of the building is upkept
Report and action any safety concerns proactively
Implement industry and legislated safety processes
Follow instructions and implement company practices and procedures while maintaining open and fluid communication with team members.

What we're looking for:

2 + years experience working within commercial or residential building maintenance.
A positive attitude paired with a passion for delivering the highest level of customer service is a must.
Experience with minor maintenance work and repairs and familiarity with electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems is considered an asset.
Have a reliable vehicle to travel to and between buildings in Dartmouth and Halifax.
