Based in Dartmouth, our firm consists of full-time Project Managers who, individually contribute their expertise to our capabilities portfolio, thereby directly providing our clients with the most comprehensive skill set to aid in the achievement of project success.

Our Senior Staff have a combined 80+ years of experience in the Project Management field. Our concentration of efforts are those projects falling within the Institutional, Commercial and Industrial (ICI), and Transportation sectors.

We provide tailored project management services that are designed to best serve the needs of our clients.

Our Project Management assignments range from comprehensive management of a project throughout all project phases to specific tasks of shorter duration (i.e., cost estimating, schedule creation and analysis, etc.).

We are currently looking for a
Project Manager who has the following capabilities

  • Manage projects in various sectors such as education, healthcare, and commercial offices.
  • Provide oversight and leadership in all elements of the project delivery
  • Identify and manage project risk and opportunities
  • Develop Requests for Proposals for various design and testing functions.
  • Develop Tender Documents for the project build/delivery
  • Manage and maintain Change Order Processes
  • Chair project and site meetings, find resolution to issues and coordinate between multiple stakeholders.
  • Regular Project status reporting
  • Understand and enforce contract documents.
  • Ensuring the project is constructed as per design, budget, resources, quality, and schedule
  • Develop strong client relationships and act as the client's single point of contact throughout the project to achieve the client's goals and objectives
  • Team Build with all Stakeholders, to accentuate individual skills and expertise to achieve the client's business goals and objectives
  • Understand client drivers and offers value engineering proposals for functionality, cost, and schedule benefit.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship of junior project managers and other company colleagues

Job Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
  • Post-Secondary education in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in the Construction Industry would be considered an asset.
  • Indepth knowledge of construction industry including building materials, construction specifications, methods and procedures, construction law and building codes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, listening and customer service skills
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills including the ability to manage project budgets and schedules
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, project management and scheduling software
  • Ability to be a team member within the organization and within the client's project team

Job Types:

Salary:
$90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
