- Safely transport passengers on assigned routes and adhere to specified timings
- Manage passenger behavior quickly and effectively solving problems
- Conduct a pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the bus is in good working condition
- Provide superior customer service and assist with passenger questions/inquiries
- Follow traffic regulations and company policies to ensure a safe and secure journey
- Maintain radio contact with base and use proper communication protocol
- Maintain a clean and organized bus interior
- Valid Class 1 or 2 driver's license
- Ability to work a full-time schedule, 7 hours per day, 5 days per week
- Clean driver's abstract
- Clear criminal record and vulnerable sector check
- Negative drug and alcohol testing
- Air brake endorsement or willing to obtain
- Highway driving experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle various weather and road conditions
- Punctuality and reliability are essential
