Roles and Responsibilities
- As a BDE you will be working concentrating on US/Canada IT Staffing.
- Develop new client accounts (Direct / Tier 1 Partners) for IT staffing business in USA/Canada
- Should have experience in Recruiting professionals for Various verticals across IT Domain in US/Canada.
- Identify Prospect for potential new clients and turn them into clients for increased business.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Researched and build up business relationships with new clients.
- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
- Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
- Present business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff.
Salary:
$31,521.81-$83,765.00 per year
