Job Description/Requirements


This role will plan, lead, and execute global and country specific operational and organizational change projects including the successful adoption of Workday to achieve our ambition of operational excellence.

You accept flexibility with working hours to cover our global operation as well as you find it interesting to go around the globe to assist our HQ, regions, and branches which also might include longer stays to lead and implement projects.

On the other hand, you will be given a high degree of freedom with proven results.


You will need to demonstrate and continue to develop structured thinking, facilitation, data driven approaches, and stakeholder management to projects in addition to strategic delivery skills and experiences.

Using a great work ethic and solid base in Change Management and Operational excellence, you will support initiatives and / or be part of a team of experts that delivers value across the organization.


Responsibilities:

As Organizational Change Manager, you will play a variety of roles according to your experience, knowledge, and general requirements, such as:
Providing support to align vision, values and culture through targeted change efforts, sponsor commitment, leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement and other strategic interventions;
Creating holistic change management strategies and integrating change management activities into project plans, including assessing the change impact related to planned developments and creating actionable deliverables for the five change management levers (communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan);
Executing and sustaining customer-focused communication & engagement efforts that supports overall adoption strategy to build awareness and understanding of changes with leaders and employees, that includes building and delivering presentations to targeted business audiences as needed (e.g., status reports, workstream plans, summary of organizational impacts, educational material);
Supporting the Team's development of and improvement of methodologies for complex initiatives such as Service Design, Make vs Buy, Organizational Transformation, behavioral change and pilot new technology and AI driven changes for efficiency in delivery;

Advocating and accelerating the advancement of change management methodologies, and structured approaches for managing major transformation initiatives You will work within the broader team and GP networks and squads to determine the other various roles needed to deliver project and foundational work.


Requirements/Qualifications:

University degree, with a business degree preferable
Have 5+ years within HR Operations, project management, or management consulting, and ideally in a matrix organization
Demonstrated in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge of advanced project management frameworks and organizational change management principles, tools and methodologies such as PROSCI


Additional Assets:

A strong experience in driving Transformation and Change Management projects
A solid background in developing and implementing Change Management strategies
A solid understanding of how people go through change and the underlying change process
Further education in coaching is a big plus
