We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Demolition Labourer to join our team for a major renovation project on a 12-storey building in the Vancouver/Richmond area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to be part of a professional, safety-focused crew.

What You'll Do

  • Perform selective demolition of interior and exterior building components
  • Remove drywall, flooring, ceilings, fixtures, and other materials safely and efficiently
  • Assist skilled trades during renovation and structural modification work
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials and debris
  • Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
  • Follow all safety procedures and company standards
  • Operate basic hand and power tools as required

What You Bring

  • 1-3+ years of construction or demolition experience preferred
  • Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
  • Knowledge of basic construction safety practices
  • Ability to follow direction and work well in a team environment
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Willingness to complete a criminal record check
