Project Leader for Renovations Company - Cumberland, Canada - Home Nplus Contracting Inc.

Description

Must be:

• Organized and able to handle multiple projects
• Knowledgable of Ontario Building codes
• Able to effectively communicate and ensure work is done correctly and on time

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage renovation and construction projects from start to finish
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency
• Manage project budgets and track expenses
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues
• Prepare and submit progress reports, change orders, and other project documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience as a construction project manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
• Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore or HeavyBid
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
• Familiarity with civil engineering software such as Civil 3D is a plus
• Time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
$65,629.24-$85,000.00 per year
