Responsibilities:


  • Manage and execute brand marketing initiatives, including brand awareness campaigns, events, and sponsorships, to build our brand and create a positive image among our target audience.
  • Coordinate marketing logistics, such as event planning, collateral development, and vendor management, to ensure successful execution of marketing programs.
  • Create and manage content marketing strategies, including blog posts, videos, and infographics, to engage and educate our target audience.
  • Conduct market research to stay uptodate with industry trends and consumer preferences.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product and sales, to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, such as advertising agencies, graphic designers, and event planners.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, marketing logistics, and content marketing.
  • Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Selfmotivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the multifamily rental industry is a plus.
