- Coordinate marketing logistics, such as event planning, collateral development, and vendor management, to ensure successful execution of marketing programs.
- Create and manage content marketing strategies, including blog posts, videos, and infographics, to engage and educate our target audience.
- Conduct market research to stay uptodate with industry trends and consumer preferences.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product and sales, to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
- Manage relationships with external partners, such as advertising agencies, graphic designers, and event planners.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, marketing logistics, and content marketing.
- Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Selfmotivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the multifamily rental industry is a plus.
