    We are seeking skilled Journeypersons to join our growing team.

    This hands-on leadership role involves technical ability, mentoring capacity, and commitment to safety supporting operations and team culture.

    • Erect steel poles, towers, guy wires
    • Install power lines equipment: insulators conductors transformers switches associated equipment
    • Login UG cable testing terminations installation splicing soldering insulation connections model safe work practices adhere HSE policies mentor junior personnel tasks safety protocols use advanced live line procedures teach basic follow regulations lead critical lift plans documentation forms inspections procedure compliance daily reports responsibilities:
