Job summary
We are looking for an experienced Trello workflow & automation specialist to design and implement a scalable Trello setup for our organization.This is not a simple board setup.
We need someone who understands operations, daily task planning, accountability, and management oversight.
Responsibilities
- Design a clear Trello architecture first (diagram / flowchart)
- Create a hybrid setup: one central workspace for shared operations separate workspaces per business unit
- Implement daily task planning per employee use Butler automations recurring tasks deadline checks escalations when tasks are not completed build management dashboard overview set up clean permission access structure deliver clear documentation handover
