**: We are currently looking for a payable technician to be part of our great team in Brossard Young and dynamic, our team offers you a great work environment.


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Be responsible for managing accounts payable
  • Calculate, prepare and process invoices, accounts payable and related documents
  • Make adjustments as needed
  • Prepare accounts payable payments after obtaining approvals
  • Work closely with other departments of the company

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:


  • DEP or DEC in accounting
  • 3 to 5 years of related work experience
  • French / English bilingualism (an asset), French being the main working language
  • Knowledge of Word and Excel software
  • Knowledge of Hopem software (an asset)
