- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the direction of the chef.
- Ensure food is cooked and served according to standardized recipes and portion sizes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- Handle and store food ingredients in accordance with food safety standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies.
- Prepare and plate dishes, ensuring presentation meets established standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, stoves, and fryers proficiently.
- Support the First Cook or Chef in overseeing kitchen operations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to expedite orders during peak hours.
