- Assist with recruitment: job postings, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring steps
- Support onboarding and orientation for new employees
- Maintain accurate employee files and HR documentation
- Update job descriptions and support performance-related documentation
- Coordinate training and development activities with department leads
- Prepare and update HR policies, procedures, and internal controls as directed
- Provide general administrative support to the General Manager
- Maintain organized filing systems, data entry, and confidential records
- Additional administrative duties, as required
- Experience in HR administration, HR coordination, or office administration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with professionalism
- HR or Business Administration education is an asset
- 2+ years of related experience preferred
- No Allergies to Hay or Dust
- Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30 Min Lunch)
- $23.00/hr
