    Description

    Customer Care Representative:

    Join team Rebelstork, the largest baby gear liquidator and returns recommerce platform across North America and the first and only tech driven marketplace created for parents. We provide parents access to the largest assortment of vetted Overstock & Open Box baby gear across North America.

    As the Customer Care Representative you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance or information regarding products, services, orders, billing, and any other queries they may have. Your main objective will be to provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

    Job Details:

    •  Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media in a professional and courteous manner.
    •  Identify and resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures.
    •  Develop a deep understanding of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
    •  Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and managing account information.
    •  Collaborate with other departments such as merchandising, marketing, and warehouse to address customer needs and enhance the customer journey.
    •  Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage to maximize their satisfaction and loyalty.
    •  Must have strong written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.

    Qualifications:

    •  Post-Secondary education or equivalent working experience
    •  Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related field preferred.
    •  Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus.
    •  Teamwork principles – Works well cross functionally with a variety of teams
    • (Merchandising, Customer Care, Tech, Marketing)
    •  Self-managed and guided by business objectives with excellent attention to detail
    •  Understands importance of customer care and impact to the business
    •  Excellent communication and organizational skills
    •  Possess creative problem-solving skills
    •  Able to work and succeed with minimum supervision
    •  Is motivated by targets and is energized to achieve them
    •  Act as a vital member of Team Rebby through punctuality and professional conduct
    • Work Environment:

    On-site in our office/warehouse, and remote work time based on daily business needs

    Salary Range- $42,000 -$45,000
