We are located on Granville Island inside the Public Market.
The Market Grill is a fun and energetic burger and breakfast kiosk in the heart of the Public Market with a wonderful water view of False Creek.
*Must be willing to work weekends*START TIME 6AM OR 630AM
Store hours of operation are 8am to 6 pm, Monday - Sunday

Wage:
Starting at $22 hour - plus tips ~$7-8/hr average
Skills / Qulifications
- Two years of experience as a line cook or restaurant chef
- A valid food safe certificate
- Experience working a fast paced line
- Accuracy and speed in executing tasks
- Ability to work as a team member
- Experience cooking breakfast & eggs
Responsibilities:
- Morning open/set up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.
- Ensures that food comes out in high quality and timely fashion
- Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage
- Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs
- Preparing burgers and other ready made food for order
Pay:
$22.00 per hour
