Stoney Creek full-service tax, accounting and bookkeeping practice seeking permanent part-time clerical support to assist in our office.PART-TIME CLERICAL SUPPORT
Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain client database
- Contact and schedule clients for drop off and pick up
- Filing
- Other duties as assigned
- Data Input
Qualifications:
- Excel and Word data entry
- Ability to maintain polite and professional communication via telephone
- Accurate and detail oriented
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Comfortable working in a busy office
- Self Starter, ability to work without constant supervision or direction.
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Pay:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
