Stoney Creek full-service tax, accounting and bookkeeping practice seeking permanent part-time clerical support to assist in our office.

PART-TIME CLERICAL SUPPORT


Responsibilities:


  • Update and maintain client database
  • Contact and schedule clients for drop off and pick up
  • Filing
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Data Input

Qualifications:


  • Excel and Word data entry
  • Ability to maintain polite and professional communication via telephone
  • Accurate and detail oriented
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a busy office
  • Self Starter, ability to work without constant supervision or direction.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent


Pay:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
