We are searching for dynamic individuals with a drive to succeed, strong business acumen & leadership skills to fill the role of Dual Pit Manager/Table Games Supervisor at Shorelines Casino Belleville.

Under the general direction of the Operations Manager, or Casino Shift Manager, this position is responsible for monitoring the day-to-day activities of the table games operations at the site level or assigned area, while establishing and contributing to a safe and welcoming work environment for all employees.

Assists with the implementation all new table games initiatives.

Above all else, must be aligned with, and promote, Shorelines Casinos culture and philosophy of creating a great, memorable experience for our guests and colleagues.


Duties and Responsibilities Include:


  • Exceeds guest expectations by providing outstanding customer service
  • Helps create an engaged work environment by choosing positivity and fun, recognizing excellent peer performance, and by caring about and supporting our colleagues every day
  • Monitors table games operations; schedules and supervises employees; verifies timesheets; assigns shift work assignments
  • Participates in all table games marketing initiatives and assists with implementation of these initiatives
  • Verifies jackpots and table games wins
  • Trains employees on table games
  • Assesses active table game performance and results; reports to the Shift Manager
  • Inspects the games area for repair, maintenance and facilities reporting
  • All duties and responsibilities of a Table Games Supervisor
  • Responds to, resolves or reports issues as escalated
  • Liaises and communicates effectively with all appropriate operational departments
  • Develops and cultivates strong working relationships with all stakeholders: guests, ownership and employees
  • Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
  • Performs other duties as assigned or directed

  • Secondary School Diploma; Post-Secondary education or suitable combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Gaming Management preferred
  • Table Games experience; expertise in a wide variety of games
  • Ability to exceed internal and external customer expectations through timely, effective and service oriented communication
  • Computer literacy in MS Office
  • Smart Serve certification
