Talent First Search, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking skilled and experienced Insurance Advisors to join our client's team for a remote role in Canada.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Life Insurance Advisor to join our team.

As a Life Insurance Advisor, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals and families make informed decisions about their life insurance needs.

Your primary responsibility will be to educate clients about different life insurance options, assess their needs, and recommend suitable coverage plans to ensure their financial security.


Responsibilities:


  • Engage with clients to understand their financial goals and assess their life insurance needs.
  • Educate clients about various life insurance policies, including term life, whole life, and universal life insurance.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to identify coverage gaps and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Recommend suitable life insurance plans based on client requirements, budget, and risk tolerance.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate client records and information in the company's CRM system.
  • Provide ongoing support and exceptional customer service to existing and prospective clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and deliver the best service to clients.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Possess a valid Life Insurance License in the respective province(s) or willingness to obtain one.
  • Proven experience as a Life Insurance Advisor or similar role in the insurance industry is an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of various life insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
  • Selfmotivated, goaloriented, and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear and concise manner.
