    Job Description

    Our pavement research and design services use state-of-the-art technology to help streamline road infrastructure projects. We use the latest hardware and software to deliver the roadway data needed to improve asset design, safety, and performance.

    As global leaders, we support government transportation departments and private entities in condition monitoring and identification of deficiencies, enabling prioritization of road work. Our expert team has managed projects around the world, including roadways, airports, and intermodal facilities, and can offer a global range of pavement and asset management services.

    The LiDAR and Photogrammetry Analyst is responsible for collating, processing, and presenting data, and can run/lead projects of low to medium complexity. This individual is tasked with the processing of relevant data and delivery.

    Job Responsibilities:

  • Processes data by collating, processing, and presenting data on and/or leading projects of medium to high complexity
  • Responsible for the processing of relevant data (including error analyses and corrections), the compilation and presentation of data deliverables, the appropriate quality control of data and delivera,bles and the management and production of data deliverables
  • Responsible for maintaining and performing the standard peer review procedures on all deliveries before being sent to the client if applicable
  • Responsible for all aspects of project-related relevant data acquisition (completeness and quality) and delivery
  • Provide technical input for tenders
  • Assist with the establishment and compilation of project procedures
  • Supervises/trains team members. Requires expert expertise in discipline-applicable data processing/GIS software and keeps up to date on the latest revisions.
  • Job Requirements:

  • 4-year degree in Engineering, Math, Computer Science, Analytical Geography, or a similar technical degree required.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada, without restrictions
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in LiDAR and/or photogrammetry data processing
  • 2+ year of experience leading a team or acting supervisor is highly preferred
  • Experience in Mobile LiDAR mapping is required
  • Pavement management and/or consulting knowledge
  • Competent with the Vision software suite
  • Experience with SQL, MS SQL Server, MS Access, and Excel
  • Experience with FME is an asset
