    As a Field ServiceRepresentative you will be responsible for:

  • Servicing, maintaining and commissioning of medical diagnostic imaging equipment
  • Promptly following up and following through to customer resolution
  • Displaying a high level of critical thinking to bring successful resolution to complex problems
  • Controlling and completing electronic documentation
  • Guiding the maintenance of tools, testing equipment and calibrating material
  • Planning and scheduling of service and maintenance duties
  • Interfacing with customers to provide quality service and support

  • Required skills tohave for the success of this role:

  • Biomedical Electronics or Electronics Technologist or equivalent diploma
  • Bilingualism English / French language: The successful candidate for this position must be bilingual. Fluency in French and English (verbal and written) is required to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position for the following reason(s):
  • · Therole requires interacting with English-speaking customers and suppliers acrossCanada and/or internationally;

    · Therole requires regular interactions with Siemens colleagues based outside ofQuebec, nationally and internationally;

    · Therole requires using software or technology that is available only in English;

  • Clearance to travel domestically and internationally for training purposes (without restrictions)
  • Must have a valid passport
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Field service experience in diagnostic imaging would be an asset
