Lorne Park, Mississauga.


Duties:


  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service.
  • Supervise and train restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.

Requirements:


  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of food service regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to handle highpressure situations and resolve conflicts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant technology.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
